Job Summary

We are hiring six DevOps Engineers in Bangalore to build and run our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will own CI/CD systems, manage Kubernetes clusters, and respond to production incidents as part of an on-call rotation. Day to day, you will write Terraform modules, debug deployment failures, and work with developers to ship code reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions for multiple engineering teams
Manage Kubernetes clusters across development, staging, and production environments
Write Terraform modules to provision AWS infrastructure including VPCs, EC2, RDS, and IAM roles
Set up monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to catch issues before users do
Respond to production incidents, run postmortems, and fix root causes
Automate operational tasks with Bash or Python scripts to reduce manual work
Review and harden IAM policies, security groups, and network configurations
Optimise cloud costs by right-sizing instances and cleaning up unused resources

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
Strong Linux administration skills including networking, storage, and performance tuning
Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for container orchestration
Solid Terraform or Ansible experience for infrastructure as code
Deep knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM
Experience building and debugging CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Working knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for monitoring and logging

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Azure or GCP alongside AWS
Experience with incident response processes and on-call rotations
Familiarity with vulnerability management and security patching workflows
Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and backup strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of relevant DevOps or infrastructure experience
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
Available to join a team hiring for six openings
