Fees
How do you spot a pay-after-placement scam?
Updated
Pay before the three free steps, or accept a promise of a job for the fee, and that is not the BrowseJobs model. The published fee is ₹30,000 registration, then pay after placement equal to 3 months of CTC in EMIs after an accepted offer. A job is not guaranteed. No accepted offer means the placement fee is not charged.
Three checks before you pay anyone
Ask what is free before any fee. At BrowseJobs the free steps are counselling with a written Career Analysis Report, a live masterclass, and a 7-hour Python bootcamp. Registration comes after those steps.
Ask whether a job is guaranteed. The answer here is no. The market decides, and so does your performance.
Ask when the second fee is charged. It is three months of the CTC on the offer you accept, in EMIs, only after you accept. If you never accept an offer, that fee is not charged.
Get the fee in writing
The long version is Pay after placement. Compare any counsellor's message with that page before you transfer money.
A slogan that says the course is free until you are hired is not the model. The published fee is ₹30,000 registration, then pay after placement equal to 3 months of CTC in EMIs after an accepted offer. A job is not guaranteed.

What if someone guarantees a job?
