Vendor empanelment for hiring partners
Vendor empanelment is the hiring-partner path. You source candidates. The fee is a flat 8.33% of annual CTC per hire, with no retainer. A person at the company releases the offer. The employer line is +91 63634 02404. Founder: Dr Krish Bharggav.
The commercial
8.33% per hire sourced. No retainer.
The agency model is a flat 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC for each hire sourced. There is no monthly retainer in this model. The percentage is of the CTC on the hire, not a salary BrowseJobs has promised the candidate.
A written agreement comes before any charge. Sharing a profile is not a hire. The fee follows a hire the company accepts.
Employers who want the product instead of a partner can read AI Recruiter and the AI hiring tool.
The boundary
The company still decides.
Empanelment does not automate the offer. A person at the hiring company reads the evidence and releases the offer. We will not say a vendor can hire on the company's behalf.
Data and AI roles are the work this path is for: data engineering, analytics, and Gen AI. If the role is outside that, say so on the call. We would rather decline than stretch the claim.
Questions
Asked before you book.
What does vendor empanelment cost?
A flat 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC for each hire you source through BrowseJobs. There is no retainer. Nothing is charged without a written agreement.
Who releases the offer?
A person at the hiring company. Empanelment does not give BrowseJobs, or the vendor, the right to release an offer.
Which roles does this cover?
Data and AI roles the employer is actually hiring: data engineering, data analytics, and Gen AI. A role that is not in writing is not a role we will claim to fill.
Is a hire guaranteed?
No. Nobody can guarantee a hire. The fee is due for a hire you source and the company accepts. It is not due because a profile was shared.
