Why do Naukri calls happen after a course?

A Naukri call is a recruiter call, not a job offer. One published BrowseJobs placement channel is a Naukri profile the placement team builds for you. The call may come from that profile or from a search you ran yourself. A person at the hiring company still releases any offer. Nobody can guarantee that the call becomes a hire.
What BrowseJobs actually publishes
The placement write-up names three channels. One of them is a Naukri profile built by the placement team. That is effort on a job board. It is not a slot with your name on it, and it is not an offer letter.
A call can also come from a search you did yourself. We will not pretend every inbound call was arranged by us.
A call is not an offer
The person who releases an offer works at the hiring company. Finishing the course does not create that offer. A Naukri conversation is a conversation.
